Dear all backers,
At first, it is very sorry that we have give any update for long time. As our responds for the craw funding platform leaved the team. No many people have skills to respond in KS and email with English. It caused delay and lake of communication. Sorry for all that. I will try my best to explain the situation here.
In the last few months, we are working very hard to try to ship the wand to you as we promise (295 shipped who responded to the survey). But since lake of testing time and devices in all Android version. we found the some Bluetooth connection issue for some Android devices, which we haven't got chance to tested all version of Android. It caused by some change in Android settings changed. We found the issue as below.

But our developers cannot solve the problem by ourselves. So we are looking for external help and trying to fix the problem and stop shipping the rest of the backers. And right now we found some person willing to help us to solve the problem. And hopefully we can correct the issue soon.
If you already received the wand and can not used with your Android phone. Please wait for our next update for new Firmware update, which should solve the problem and make it work. For who haven't receive the wand, we will correct the problem and ship to you.

Yeehaw Wand Shipping Starts this Month

We’re excited to announce that your Yeehaw Wand orders will be shipped this month!
The Yeehaw team have been working so hard to manufacture and prepare all of your orders and we apologize for the lack of communication.
Please note that there will be a slight delay for only the travel bags. You’ll still receive the rest of your Yeehaw order. Only the travel bag will be shipped separately at a later date as soon as they’re ready.
